1. 01What FindAnyCard is

   FindAnyCard is an online marketplace that helps people buy and sell graded trading cards. We only connect buyers and sellers. Every sale is a contract directly between the buyer and the seller. FindAnyCard is not the buyer or the seller, does not own the cards listed, and is not a party to any sale.

   We do not inspect, authenticate, store or ship the cards listed by sellers, and we do not receive, hold or pass on payments for them.

2. 02Accounts and approval

   You must be at least 18 years old and give true, complete details when you create an account.

   Every buyer and seller account is reviewed by our team. We may approve, refuse, suspend or close an account at our discretion, for example after complaints, suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

   You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your password private.

3. 03Listings

   Only graded cards in a sealed grading slab may be listed. Sellers must own the card, describe it accurately, use their own photos and give the correct grading company, grade and certificate number.

   Sellers are fully responsible for their listings, including the card's authenticity and condition. We may hide or remove any listing without notice.

4. 04Grades and certificates

   Grades and certificates come from independent grading companies (such as PSA, CGC, BGS, TAG, SGC and MBA). Links to their websites are provided for convenience. FindAnyCard does not guarantee any grade, population figure or certificate, and is not responsible for the grading companies' websites or decisions.

5. 05Orders and payment

   Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). When a buyer clicks Buy now, the seller must confirm the order. The buyer then pays the seller directly by bank transfer into the bank account the seller provided.

   FindAnyCard charges no fees or commission on sales, never holds the money and does not guarantee any payment. Check the seller's bank details carefully before you pay, and never pay outside the order shown on FindAnyCard.

6. 06Delivery

   The seller ships the card with the courier shown on the listing and adds the tracking number. Delivery fees are fixed by FindAnyCard and shown before you buy. Responsibility for packaging, shipping, loss or damage in transit is between the buyer, the seller and the courier.

7. 07Problems between buyers and sellers

   Any dispute about a sale (for example payment, delivery, condition or authenticity) is between the buyer and the seller, who should try to solve it together. We may look into reports and suspend accounts, but we are not obliged to settle disputes, issue refunds or compensate anyone.

8. 08Things you must not do

   • List fake, altered, raw (ungraded) or stolen cards, or cards you don't own.
   • Give false information, impersonate someone or use another person's account.
   • Ask for payment outside the order flow, or use FindAnyCard to defraud anyone.
   • Harass other users or misuse their personal details.
   • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the website.

9. 09Our liability

   FindAnyCard is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, FindAnyCard is not liable for any loss arising from a sale between users, from a user's actions or listings, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. 10Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. If you keep using FindAnyCard after a change, the new terms apply.

11. 11Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
