Dubai International Card Show Set for 23–24 October With CGC Submission Drop-Off

21 October 2026 · 2 min read

Dubai’s upcoming show has free entry and confirmed CGC submission intake. The organiser’s announcement could not be dated to the requested seven-day news window.

The Dubai International Card Show is confirmed for 23–24 October 2026 at Sound Stage 3, Dubai Studio City, with free entry advertised by the organiser. CGC has also confirmed that representatives will accept trading card submissions at the event.

Timing caveat: the event is real and falls within the requested upcoming-event window, but a publication date within 14–21 October could not be established for the organiser’s announcement. CGC’s detailed participation notice was published on 9 October, so this is an upcoming-event briefing rather than a fully verified last-seven-days announcement.

Where to go and how to register

The organiser’s website lists both show dates and provides an attendee/exhibitor registration link. Visitors can follow that link from the official site to arrange participation; the advertised free admission should not be confused with free grading services.

CGC’s announcement independently confirms the venue and says its representatives will accept TCGs, sports cards, non-sports cards and comics.

The confirmed sources used here do not establish a complete daily timetable. Check the organiser’s latest information before travelling, rather than assuming opening hours from an undated listing or another edition of the show.

Prepare CGC submissions before arriving

CGC says a free account is sufficient to submit. Collectors should complete the relevant online submission form, choose the mail-in/show-drop-off option and print the packing slips.

Cards or other collectibles should be arranged in the same order as the submission paperwork. CGC asks submitters to bring both copies of the packing slip and finalise the handover at the Express Drop-off sign. Tablets will also be available at the booth for account creation and submission preparation.

Importantly, this is submission intake, not a promise of on-site grading. CGC says the collectibles will be transported to its Sarasota, Florida headquarters for authentication, grading and encapsulation. The notice does not establish a same-day return service.

What it means for collectors

For UAE collectors, the show offers a confirmed local opportunity to hand submissions to CGC representatives. Prepare the paperwork in advance and confirm the applicable service charges before committing cards.

Keep admission, submission acceptance and completed grading separate in your planning. Free entry gets you into the show; it does not establish grading costs, a guaranteed grade or a return date.
